Sona’s Kitchen

At Sona’s Kitchen, we partner with Refrigerated Couriers to ensure your meals are delivered safely and in temperature-controlled conditions.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected metropolitan and regional areas across Australia. Delivery availability can be confirmed by entering your postcode at checkout.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are made on scheduled delivery days depending on your location.

You will receive:

  • A notification the evening before delivery

  • A reminder on the day of delivery

  • A confirmation once your order has been delivered

How Your Meals Are Delivered

All meals are:

  • Cooked fresh and chilled

  • Packed in insulated cartons

  • Delivered via a temperature-controlled network

Deliveries are completed using chilled vehicles (0–4°C), and products are packed to help maintain safe chilled temperatures during transit.

Upon delivery, meals should be placed in your refrigerator (5°C or below) as soon as possible.

Shelf life: When stored correctly, meals have a shelf life of up to 21 days (always refer to the use-by date on the packaging).

If You Are Not Home

If you are not home at the time of delivery:

  • Please ensure safe drop access is available

  • We recommend providing a shaded, secure location

Once delivery is completed to your nominated address, responsibility for the order transfers to you.

Sona’s Kitchen cannot be held responsible for quality issues resulting from:

  • Delayed collection

  • Incorrect storage

  • Exposure to heat after delivery

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows are dependent on your location and order schedule.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.

Failed or Incorrect Delivery

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

We will investigate with Be Cool and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

Important Notes on Chilled Delivery

Our meals are delivered chilled and packed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

For best quality:

  • Transfer meals to your refrigerator (5°C or below) immediately upon receipt

  • Keep meals refrigerated at all times and do not leave them at room temperature

  • Consume by the use-by date (up to 21 days when stored correctly)
