These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sona’s Kitchen website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Sona’s Kitchen is operated by Diya Foods Pty Ltd ABN: 99646355106, trading as Sona’s Kitchen.

Our products are prepared in our HACCP-approved facility in Sydney, Australia.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products
Change pricing without prior notice
Limit quantities purchased

Product descriptions, images and nutritional information are provided for general guidance and may vary slightly from time to time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order
Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock limitations

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made at checkout using approved payment methods.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are completed via our logistics partner, Be Cool Refrigerated Couriers.

Once your order is delivered to the nominated address, responsibility transfers to you.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery details
Ensuring safe access
Transferring meals to refrigerator promptly

We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.

7. Chilled Products

All meals are delivered chilled.

Customers acknowledge that:

Meals must be stored in the refrigerator at 5°C or below as soon as possible after delivery.
When stored correctly, meals have a shelf life of up to 21 days (please always follow the use-by date on the packaging).
Heating instructions must be followed.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or where a verified issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments according to your selected schedule.

You may manage or cancel your subscription in accordance with our Subscription Policy.

10. Allergens & Dietary Information

While we take care in preparation, our facility handles allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and soy.

Customers with allergies should review ingredient and allergen information carefully before purchase.

We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly disclosed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and branding, is the property of Sona’s Kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
