Sona’s Kitchen
At Sona’s Kitchen, our subscription (“Subscribe & Save”) option is designed to provide convenient, recurring delivery of restaurant-quality meals. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and changes.
1. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
From your account, you can:

Skip a delivery
-
Change delivery frequency
-
Update products (where applicable)
-
Update delivery address
-
Update payment details
-
Pause or cancel your subscription
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date.
If cancellation is requested after the billing cut-off window:

The upcoming order will be processed and dispatched as scheduled

Cancellation will apply to future subscription cycles
3. Billing & Processing
Subscriptions are automatically billed according to the frequency selected (e.g., every 2 or 4 weeks).
Once payment has been processed:

Orders cannot be cancelled

Orders cannot be refunded
-
Orders cannot be modified
This is due to production planning and the perishable nature of our frozen products.
4. Skipping a Delivery
You may skip a delivery cycle through your account dashboard, provided changes are made at least 72 hours before billing.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:

We will attempt to reprocess payment

Your order may be delayed until payment is successful

Continued failed payments may result in automatic cancellation
6. Refunds on Subscription Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our chilled meals, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations once payment has been processed.
Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law or in cases of verified product fault or delivery error.
7. Subscription Discounts
Subscription discounts are valid only while the subscription remains active. Cancelling your subscription may remove access to discounted pricing on future orders.
